The wedding of HRH Princess Beatrice of York and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi will take place on Friday 29 May 2020. The couple became engaged in Italy in September 2019.
Her Majesty The Queen has kindly given permission for the ceremony to take place at The Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace.
The ceremony will be followed by a private reception, given by The Queen, in the gardens of Buckingham Palace.
Awaiting news about whether they have a carriage ride from the church to the reception like her sister did. It’s charmingly romantic, but escalates the security bill dramatically which always elicits cries of wastefulness from the crown budget watchers. Always a nice thing to see after they exit the ceremony, regardless!
I would be surprised if they have one. It is a reasonably short distance to Buckingham Palace.
Isn’t it nice that the girl who most resembles Queen Victoria in the BRF today is getting married in the same chapel where QV was married.
Beatrice herself was christened at the chapel too.
