Sorry everyone. I don’t have a huge amount of articles waiting to be posted as some of the bloggers I know. And as I wasn’t home last week, I didn’t write any new posts for this blog. I spent six lovely days in gorgeous Scotland, and guess what? I even did have good weather most of the time. You can surely expect photos and reports later on. I worked on my birthday, Friday, and this weekend I had just a few visitors and was just too tired to spend online all the time.
Today a friend of mine came with an addition to the knitted royals she knitted for me this spring – see this previous report about my collection. King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima and Princess Beatrix have company of the Princesses Amalia, Alexia and Ariane now. Ariane has turned out a bit small, but aren’t they terribly cute!
By the way, I also laid hands on quite a huge addition of my Ministeck, so who knows if I find the time and the patterns, I might do some more royal “artwork”.
They are really lovely! Good work Eleonore Gerritsen!
