Because of the present circumstances there is no congratulatory book at Det Gule Palæ. However the Danish Royal House has set up a congratulations register on the royal website, where it is possible to send personal good wishes to Queen Margrethe II of Denmark on the occasion of her 80th birthday. The register opened this morning, 14 April 2020. Apart from writing your wish, it is also possible to send an attachement, max. 10 MB.
Furthermore a series of new photos of the Queen with Crown Prince Frederik and Prince Christian have been released on 14 April 2020. More photos are to follow in the coming two days.
There are several programs on 16 April on the Danish TV-channels DR and TV2. Often probably not visible for people outside Denmark unfortunately. But there are some things available, and it might be worth a try.
